About the Workshop
While many leaders are good at managing, they lack the strategies and skills to connect their people to a greater purpose. Leading with Vision was created to help leaders to better connect people to your organization’s Vision, Mission, and Values, creating a stronger connection, and inspiring higher levels of engagement and discretionary effort. This program takes leaders out of their day-to-day responsibilities and helps them to take a broader view, one that helps their people to make the connection between their work and the success of the organization.

Leading with Vision is a six-hour program offers participants a fresh perspective on their leadership role and provides them with effective strategies to inspire and connect with their team members. Through the unique approach of applying these concepts directly to their leadership responsibilities, participants experience immediate and meaningful results. Peer group meetings further reinforce these concepts and foster additional accountability and support.
