He’s an experienced entrepreneur who loves watching organizations grow, making a real impact on client success, and building a collaborative culture where talented people thrive and support each other.

Pam co-founded LeadShift with her husband, Steve Cundall. She’s a versatile leader with experience in office support, customer service, and finance. Outside of work, she’s enhancing her own leadership skills as co-chair for Women United, an organization dedicated to uplifting communities by providing opportunities for all.
