The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team workshop (based off of Patrick Lencioni’s book of the same name) is centered on one big idea: teamwork is the ultimate competitive advantage in business. Through this workshop, team members will not only reach a common understanding of what it means to be a team, but will also make substantial progress toward becoming a more cohesive team. First the group will be assessed on 5 key fundamentals: trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results. Then, through a series of powerful exercises, they will be provided with an in-depth understanding of how to improve in each area.

This one-day workshop will provide leaders with data that helps them see their leadership style through the lens of others, while providing clarity about leadership strengths and gaps. Leaders leave with a more focused approach to self-development and more confidence in their ability to excel as leaders.
