The self Aware leader explores how natural drives and emotional intelligence shape responses under pressure. Leaders learn to manage reactions, build resilience, and lead with intention. One-on-one coaching and peer groups help embed strategies and test new approaches.

People-Smart Leadership and Power & Influence teach trust-building, effective delegation, and influencing without authority.
