Fulfillment Policy for LeadShift

1. Order Processing Orders placed on LeadShift.com are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders received after 5 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

2. Digital Product Fulfillment For digital products or services, access details will be delivered via email within 48 hours of order confirmation. If you do not receive your digital product within the expected timeframe, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

3. Refunds We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:

Workshops: Refunds for workshops are available if the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled event. Cancellations within 7 days of the event may be eligible for a credit toward a future workshop but are non-refundable.

  • Digital Products & Services: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are only available in cases of technical issues or failure to deliver as promised.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

  • For digital services, cancellation requests must be made before fulfillment begins.

6. Changes to Policy LeadShift.com reserves the right to update this fulfillment policy at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on our website.
