About Celia Chase

Celia Chase brings a wealth of experience as a business executive, leadership coach, and team facilitator. With over 20 years in senior management and VP roles leading strategy and marketing teams, she has a demonstrated track record of building high performing environments in Fortune 500 companies such as Oracle and Sun Microsystems. As a consultant, Celia has advised clients on strategic planning, best practices and process change to accelerate their growth. She has built her career with a focus on delivering meaningful results and brings that same drive to her client work.

Celia partners with established and emerging leaders to deliver positive growth, increase effectiveness and create superior teams. As a seasoned executive coach, she has a successful record of supporting client professional growth to become better leaders. She is dedicated to moving her clients forward through their vision to effectively navigate complex situations. Across a wide spectrum of organizations, she has facilitated workshops on leadership development and coaching executives and individuals.

She holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from UC Berkeley. Celia holds her certification as a Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) through the Institute for International for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC); she is certified through the Center for Creative Leadership in 360 assessments; EQ-i. 2.0 and EQ-i 2.0 360 assessments through MHS. Celia has been recognized with multiple awards such as the Greater Leadership of Concord and Excellence in Marketing. Serving as the Board Chair and Member for several non-profit organizations, she is currently the Secretary of the Board for The Friends Program in New Hampshire.
